Our head chef, Sourav Saha , has over 24 years of experience in the Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant industry. He has worked in some of the best restaurants in Canada. Sourav is passionate about using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create delicious and healthy dishes for our customers.
